- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have used teamgrid app in the past which tracts time for each project I do. This can all vary depending on the job needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.Find out what they need- logo design, poster, social media post, email template, ect. 2.Next would be asking the audience they are trying to reach 3.From there I would research all the information given and start my preliminary sketches or drafts. 4.Pick 1-3 drafts to show the client and use what they say to get to their final vision
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BFA Graphic Design from Adelphi University. Currently Working part time with Starfish Junction Productions. I have interned with multiple companies including Huemor Designs, Starfish Junction Productions, Phat Buddha Wear, Adelphi Athletics and Media Relations, Adelphi Women's Basketball.
