So happy I connected with David through Thumbtack. At the ripe old age of 60, I decided it’s now or never to try to fulfill my dream of playing guitar. After two attempts (albeit failed attempts) at group lessons through the years, I decided on individual lessons or bust. After almost a year of lessons with David, I feel like it’s really starting to stick. He has an incredible talent, is so patient, professional, and really pushes you to keep you learning, using so many techniques beyond traditional strumming. I think he believes in me more than i believe in myself, but that’s what keeps me going! If you are hesitant or feeling a little apprehensive like I was signing on for lessons through Thumbtack, I promise you won’t be disappointed with David. He is a great guy. His passion for music is contagious and he will help you make your dreams a reality. Just do it!

David is an humorous and amazingly talented teacher. He’s willing to work with all kinds of genres and techniques, and takes pride in the his teaching. He’s quick to respond to calls/texts, and works with my sometimes difficult schedule perfectly. He’s an overall amazing guy who can always make you smile. And especially for the good price you won’t find anyone better! I would recommend him to anyone wanting to pick up an instrument!!

Mr. Signorelli has been my private cello teacher since 2008. I started with him for NYSSMA in high school. As an adult, I have weekly lessons with him now for enjoyment and building my skills. He is passionate about music theory and always striving for improvement in my work, which I appreciate as I always learn something new every lesson. He’s a great person and a great teacher!
