- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For certain items yes there is a standard rate. Each client has different needs and views of what they want, which sometimes can alter a price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to meet for coffee and listen to what the client wants. I take notes on what I think seems like a key insight of theirs. After the client walks me through there vision I begin explaining what happens on my side. This way before even hired the client knows there event is just as important to me as it is to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught other then what I have learned from my Nonna and mother. I have worked in restaurants since I was 16 from family dining to formal dining. but cooking all together since I was 10. I have worked in areas such as the dish room and also have been a general manager of restaurants.
