Mrs. Barnes made the process so easy when I was frustrated and did not understand something she was so patient in taking her time to explain to me what was going on. She is a very dedicated worker for her clients she puts in long hours and will keep you informed on the entire process from start to finish. She was responsive to my requests and needs, was able to attract rental candidates and screen them to include a credit check and help advise me when making several decisions on things from tenants, repairs, and any modifications needed. Payments were also made promptly. I'd recommend her to anyone seeking property management in the area.
