- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am an honest person, not trying to pull the wool over anybody's eyes. I work hard for my money and the harder I work the more money I like to make. But I seriously price myself at between 25 and $50 an hour for my labor depending on the characteristics of the job
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and engage my new customer in conversation. We will talk about our common interests and what type of work they would like to have completed. Then we will work out all the details in order to make the customer as happy as they can be my father always taught me that if I'm proud of my work the customer will be happy to and I aim to please
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father was a general contractor and I worked side by side with my dad for 25 years. We built patio covers, room additions, aluminum and vinyl siding , interior design and whatever is in the middle
