I had never booked a job on an online site before and I was rather hesitant, but Robert was very professional, respectful of our home, and was careful to explain what he was doing and why. My Baldwin needed extensive work, but now it "sings" and plays like a dream. Even my husband who isn't a musician recognized how much better it sounds. Worth the money. Robert is my piano tuner and technician from now on (and he plays beautifully, too!)

Robert is very passionate and knowledgeable about the piano. He took the time to explain how the Paino works and what would make it sound great again. He took his time on a Friday evening after driving over an hour to come to my home. I appreciated his willingness to help us stay within our budget. We will definitely use his expertise again and highly recommend him!

I give free estimates and discounts to churches and schools. My pricing is extremely reasonable and competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I travel to the customer's home, do a free assessment, make whatever recommendations are indicated and we decide together the best path to move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a piano major at West Virginia University and later went on to apprentice and study piano technology. I have 22 years practical field experience.
