Installation of a dry well in the driveway to waterproof a basement.
James did a great job! He had his own ideas and was very supportive of other input. He was eager to over deliver when further work needed to be done for a reasonable fee. The communication was great.
For the first 6 days of rain the dry well has been working very well.

I purchased a old Victorian home that was renovated and during the renovation the developers destroyed the yard. James helped share my vision of a beautiful yard and provided great ideas along the way. The total project was a small stone wall around the house, level off the land, added irrigation, 300 sq ft stone patio, 6ft cedar fence about 3-4 panels long, sod, 2 garden beds and plants / flowers around the home. The project isn't completed yet but it has been a pleasure working with James and seeing everything transform.

Amazing! I cannot believe how great our first project turned out. I can't wait to see what Jim does with my other projects. In addition to the great work, Jim showed up when he said, did the work on time (a couple weather delays; not his fault). He is professional and pleasant to interact with. Definitely hire!

We had four to five pros come by to price out a total lawn rehab. James was by far the most pleasant and knowledgable of the bunch. He def stood out from the rest. Not only was his estimate the most affordable, it was the most detailed. He also had all the right machinery and tools for the job. We had removed multiple trees and stumps so it exposed all the dead spots and unevenness. James had a plan and kept us in the loop at all times. What my wife and I loved most was that at all times he provided us with options. He was always trying to save us money and offering alternatives. As with any pro, I would expect them to try and stick us with the most expensive option and sell it but not James. He always double checked with us before every move. He totally dig up and removed all our gardens and our entire yard. He then brought in top quality super loam and headed it to perfection. Picked out and delivered to me 17 arborvitaes, and laid out a beautiful stone walkway with all the big rocks he has found in my yard. James is beyond professional and kind and very knowledgeable in regards to all the different types of plants and flowers and grass preparation. He dug a 50 ft trench and planted my trees all by size and width I have received rave reviews from all my neighbors. I would recommend to anyone I even sent him to my dads. What a score !!
