- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?You get what you pay for. I am an outstanding home and commercial inspector and well worth a little more. I think you will agree that paying a little more for a competent inspector is worth it for the biggest investment you'll probably ever make.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once a request is received I research the internet for info about the property to be purchased so I know the age, size, and any other useful info I can find, then I ask the customer about their main concerns, like roof condition, mold, Radon, water testing, pest, etc and then I explain what the inspection entails, cost, time onsite, etc. I email a contract well before the inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am college trained home inspector and a Certified Master Inspector, a designation enjoyed by only 1% of the home inspectors, and have been doing inspections for over 15 years, including commercial, insurance and other types of inspections.
