- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typical fees vary depending on selling or buying property and can be discussed in detail and negotiated to an extent. I provide extensive advertisement for sellers and professional pictures for listing homes as well as other services to ensure timely closing. As for my buyer clients, I do extensive research to help them find the perfect home, financing, insurance, etc or whatever needs they might have!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hearing what the needs of the customer is and showing how I can help them achieve their goal. I first do an assessment per phone and then like to meet. This helps put faces to be names and provides assurance for all parties that we can achieve success in he customer clients goals. Then a guideline is provided showing the steps for the home buying and selling process. Often and clear communication is key.
