- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price for standard meal with two sides, one main dish, roll and salad is anywhere between $25.00-45.00 depending on meal and what is required. If high end $45.00-75.00 per person
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down face to face if possible if not over the phone to make this personable. It gives me an opportunity to get to know the client and get a better understanding of their expectations, wishes, and vision. Then my job is to satisfy that by bringing their vision to life.

I have been cooking and events for twenty five years.
