G&G lists homes for sale at 6% We provide property management at 8% of monthly rent, 50% listing fee, $200 one time refundable maintentence account, and $200 refundable property management fee. We provide full service rent collection, owner distribution of payment, accounting, repair request, property oversight, tenant screening services, contracts, and eviction service when applicable. We purchase distressed homes in need of repair and provide solutions to financial issues. We service clients looking for lease homes free of charge.
