Brian and Justin did a great job. They showed up on time and had the work done in a timely manner. Very friendly, very professional, and very honest. There was a minor obstacle that cost him a little extra time but he did not charge me for it. I genuinally felt that his biggest concern was my satisfaction. I have found my electrician for all my future needs. They were excellent.

Cypress electric is awesome! They have done work on my home and business. They work around my schedule and work efficiently. I always feel as if I'm treated fair on the price too. I never felt that I had to keep an eye on the crew either, you really can trust these guys. When ya find a mechanic or electrician ya can trust ya never let them go.

Honest & knowledgeable- Familiar with residential setup. NLR Two story Parkhill home built in 1953 experiencing power surges .. Cypress Electric electrician Brian was able to pin point my problem via our initial phone conversation .. the service line running from the pole frayed from weather exposure causing a break in a section of th wire .. he also recognized the connection prob was th electric co's responsibility .. not mine !! .. Very impressive. While other electricians wanted to charge for a house visit to "just look" on top of their service fee -- Brian did not attempt to sell an unnecessary service. Very courteous and professional. Will definitely use if needed in future.
