- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are options! 80% of my clients love my DIY report-so they can save money and do the job themselves-it's only $149 and the same price I give to my real estate agents. You don't have to remodel your home like on TV. I can help you find affordable options. I offer a flat fee by room for Plans only. If you decide to go forward, we work a budget and itemize every area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting in person is truly the best way to communicate. I typically schedule a home visit to see the space and take measurements. After our meeting, I provide a 3D rendering and walk you through the space like on TV. My clients love the realistic computerized drawings because they are the exact dimensions of your space and furniture. It's amazing to see the transformation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Home staging accreditation and certification. As part of the Real Estate Staging Association-I continue my training as it is an evolving field. Although my design is self-taught, my ability to work with contractors, architects and planners is from my past career. I worked with Walmart for over 16 years. As the financial part of working with the real estate development team, I understand the entire process. Having a husband that is a contractor has been the best education-as we truly work together to find practical and beautiful ways to make your home a dream.
