Introduction: We are two hard working, dependable, honest people. You won’t have to give us a list of things to do. Your home will look fresh and cleaned when we leave. I want people to be comfortable with us in their homes. We will also always show up for work at the time you are expecting us. We will care for your home as we do our own. There is two of us so we will not be in your home as long as one person would be so you can have more of your day to enjoy. We clean the same way every time we are in your home. Things we include in a general cleaning. Cleaning ceiling fans, blinds, baseboards and chair rungs. We pull out all the chairs from the table and clean under the table not around it. We recently hired Lisa at Sunshine Home Cleaning to deep clean the downstairs of our home, after researching several providers in the area. My husband and I have had horrible experiences with every contractor we have ever hired, but Lisa's thorough deep clean and friendly, professional attitude BLEW US AWAY. She was professional, courteous, thorough and incredibly timely - completing a large job very with efficiency, and even documenting her work so we had a record of what was completed, which was a very nice touch. I couldn't be more pleased with Sunshine Home Cleaning and I can't wait to work with Lisa again soon on another big project, and hopefully have her back often to help us maintain our sparkling, clean home. I would recommend Lisa to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair and competitive and I go a step farther in my cleaning. Prices start at $100.00. Anyone that refers us to a friend and they hire us after third cleaning will receive a one time $25.00 discount on their next cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to go and see the house and give an estimate then. If they would like to sit down and talk I am happy to sit and let them get to know me for a bit. Also they can do a one time clean to make sure they are happy and comfortable with us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been cleaning my own homes for 40 plus years. I have had a few clients that have upped my cleaning also. I have been cleaning other peoples homes now for over 8 years.
