- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't generally charge by the hour, because I have 3 different programs that fit most dog owner's goals and needs. By having programs, you'll have comfort in knowing what outcomes you can expect without wondering how many hours it will take. Also, my programs include dog only sessions to jump start their training with behaviors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start with, I like to get a sense of what issues the client has with their dog, and what they are looking to accomplish. This can be done over the phone, or in person. Then we'd set up a time so you can meet me and get to know me. Should you choose to go ahead with the training, then we set up the first visit and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working with and training dogs for about 10 years now. I taught group training classes for over 3 years at a local pet store. I have also been a foster mom for over 3 years now. I'm comfortable with all types of breeds and behaviors.
