FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service and standard pricing includes all disposal fees and you will not be asked to pay any additional charges after we complete the job and bring your junk to the transfer station. You will only pay for the space you use in our truck, we do all the work, and you just tell us what you want gone. We have 6 blocks of space on our truck with each block costing between $100 and $383 depending how much room you use within each block. If you use a half block you pay for a half block. If you use a quarter of a block you pay for a quarter of a block. What each block of space includes and offers: 1. Half ton of weight 1,000 lbs. 2. Full service junk removal from anywhere in the house or yard. 3. Includes removal fee of one of the following items "1 tire, computer, computer monitor, refrigerator, mattresses, box spring, printer, paint cans". 4. Lots of room to remove your junk. One block can fit two couches, washer and dryer, and lots of miscellaneous items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explaining the details of the job and what will go on during the process. Having a 5 minute conversation with the customer when my team arrives to meet and greet to give a little background information typically goes a long way. Keeping the customer informed each step of the way during the work being done keeps the customer both relaxed and well-informed of the project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for a demolition and junk removal company in my 20s and left to work in a office environment then realized I loved the waste management environment.
