Phyllis is not your average appraiser. She has a staff of 20 professionals that handle customer support, proofing, editing, and the end result is a comprehensive analysis that is completely accurate to the current market trends. They helped appraise my property after a family member passed and we had to settle an estate. Highly recommended.
