Victor is a serious piano technician. He understands not only how to tune your piano, but he can diagnose, offer solutions to mechanical issues you may have with your piano. He added weights to my keys to improve touch and it solved the problem. He fixed a noisy sostenuto pedal. He's a very nice guy too!
