- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well that all depends on the nature of the job normally on remodeling we project the man hrs and try to stay within the numbers some things we can't see and those items are billed at an hourly rate a reasonable one of course . on most everything else we work by the square foot like most guys do in the trades.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
always return calls promptly set up a time that works for them meet and greet go over the project in depth try to get some idea what the budget may be get them an estimate and hope to get them in our schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've recently went back to school for my GED it went well as far as other education I've been on the job for 28 years experience both working under someone as well as a Forman always been a leader of men.
