Introduction: I work with my students very closely to make sure they succeed and feel confident with their playing ability. I will always be available to my students with any questions or doubts they may have. I give my students all the tools they need to be great musicians and will be ready to play in short months. I travel to where my students are because I understand that they may be busy or their parents may not have time to always be traveling. I will work with you to find the right schedule that fits your needs and I will make sure to be flexible when it comes to that. I will be there every step of the way to watch my students grow and learn all they need to advance and become the musicians they desire to be.
I have a passion for music and I started learning when I was 15 years old. 10 years later I still have that same passion and love for music from the beginning. I love being able to teach someone something that they may think is "hard" or "impossible." It gives me great satisfaction to know that I can help people fulfill a dream or that passion. Teaching others to do what I love makes it so exciting and fun for me, it fulfills me. I enjoy watching my students smile and laugh when they realize they can do this and succeed.

I wanted to learn to play Ukelele and YouTube wasn't really helping, so I started to get lessons with Luis cause I had seen him playing and saw some of his students playing as well.
I was surprised I was playing my first chords in no time. He was so patient and made me believe I could do it and gave me that push to keep trying when I wanted to give up cause my fingers are so small, and I thought I was never gonna be able to get the chords right, but he would encourage me every class and even took the trouble to place my fingers the right way every time. I messed up a lot but he never made me feel bad about it, not even with facial expressions like other teachers do. I really appreciate the effort and interest he puts in every lesson. He's a very talented, experienced musician and a super patient teacher. Would totally recommend. 10/10
