- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible; I will work with my clients to determine what works best for them. I offer packages, which is going to offer the least expensive rate because it's booked and paid in advance (after the first free call where we see if we both feel I can help you). I also offer an hourly rate which is more, but you can decide at the end of each session whether you want to book another.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a short phone conversation to hear a little about what my client is looking for; where she is struggling and what's important to her. I think it's important that both of us get a feeling for the other one and then determine if we think we will work well together. Then we also need to figure out the best way for us to move forward in terms of timing, frequency and pay rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Psychology as well as training in Coaching and Facilitating. I have been certified to work with domestic abuse as well as teen suicide prevention hotlines. I also have experience in mitigating Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, chronic illness and anorexia. I'm also a parenting expert for websites.
