- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a minimum charge of $125.00 which will be applied towards services rendered. I charge $30-$40 per hour depending on your location and the complexity of the job. I also can charge a flat rate as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much information about the job as possible.This allows me to price it correctly and to make sure I bring all the correct tools. Pictures are also very helpful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had 2 years of Building Trades in High School. This course covers all aspects of construction. I started working within the Family business when I was 14. My Father & brothers had a Contracting business, We bought older homes and renovated them for resale. We also converted 2 barns into custom homes.
