- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing system is based per call lead/customer you receive from us. All our leads are exclusive to our partners, we do not resell leads. The lead price is based on what industry you are in and we work with our partners to make sure that our pricing will make sense for them. We provide the call leads to our partner first and then bill weekly for the previous week of real customer calls that you received. All our call leads are recorded and you will have a dashboard that you can login to and see all the call leads that were sent to your company. We strive to send the best calls to your company and have incredibly high standards for what qualifies as a real lead. We work closely with our customers to ensure that we are doing a great job for them and are learning exactly what they are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are 4 simple steps with a new customer. 1. The discovery phase: We get to know you and your business with some in depth questions, we learn how their business works and what your perfect customer would be. This helps us in the next step of setting up our campaign and sending you the customer calls that you are looking for. 2. We get started on your campaign and start sending your company calls from the traffic we are driving to our many different online properties. 3. You receive real calls from customers that are interested in your companies services. All the calls are recorded and you are sent an email notification immediately after the call ends. We also provide you with a personal dashboard that you can log into, here you can track and listen to all of your calls again if you want to. 4. After the week is over we listen to all the calls and mark the ones that meet our quality standards and the terms the we agreed on with you. You are then sent an invoice that Friday and you have 3 days to review the calls we have marked as good. On the third day the invoice is processed and the calls that we have mutually agreed on as good will be billed to you. That is it!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years experience with SEO, AdWords and online marketing. My team has 3 people on it that are Google Analytics Certified and 4 that are AdWords Certified. We also drive over 5,000 leads a month to our current partners. We work with companies in several industries: home services, plastic surgery and law.
