Michael is a nice guy and I would work with him again. He was very responsive and communicated well with app, texts, calls. He was easy to schedule, even with the great distance between our locations. Window replacement look good and he did a good job with cleaning the shattered glass. The only thing that I found a little frustrating was the shift in prices and lack of clarity in the invoice. I believe he gave me an honest price though.Aug 15, 2018Verified
Michael was a pleasure to work with. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and is honest about what you will get and what can be done-and he provided options to choose from. He cleaned everything up after he left too!! Genuine nice guy and would work with him again!Jan 15, 2018Verified
Michael did a wonderful job replacing two large windows that had broken seals. The end result was seamless and the cost was fair, especially considering that we could have spent much more for a more advertised company to do the same job. Michael kept us informed, letting us know when the windows were expected to arrive, when he received them and when he was available to install them (which for us, was the same day the windows arrived). He cleaned up after he was done, taking the old windows with him. We're very pleased with how the new windows look and it was a pleasure working with such a kind and friendly professional.Aug 9, 2017
Michael was a complete joy to work with. He was very courteous, polite, and professional. You could tell he takes great pride in his work and his confidence put me at ease. I'd highly recommend him for any of your glass repair needs and look forward to working with him if the opportunity presents itself again!Jul 29, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? No my work is normally custom. But I do any type of glass. But not windshields. If it's just odd jobs then I price accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First talk and find out your plans. Then go to the job and measure. After that I will let you know the exact cost of everything. If you want to proceed. We can set an install date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I work at the best glass company in NC for my whole career of 14 years. I'm a smart worker so they keep me. I've done the most custom of glass that can be done all over the state.
