cleanings can be weekly or biweekly, areas receiving deep cleaning will alternate each week. (example: this week bedrooms and living areas are deep cleaned and next week bathrooms and kitchen areas will be deep cleaned.) First initial cleaning: includes deep cleaning all rooms. (average time:1 hour per room) Price: $140.00 to start & then $75.00 per cleaning after that. 2nd cleaning: deep cleaning of all bathroom and kitchen areas, includes moping. bedroom and living areas are dusted, swept and/or vacuumed. 3rd cleaning: deep cleaning of all bedroom and living areas.
