I hired ER Fine Homes for a large painting project for the interior of my home. It was a great pleasure working with the owner Dan and I felt it necessary to take time to write this review because of his outstanding work. Dan is a true pleasure to work with because he is not only professional but he always promptly replies to your communication and carefully listens to your needs and or any concerns. Antonio, his painting supervisor, and the team of painters came to my home everyday for over 3 weeks and they were always on time, courteous, neat, respectful and did fantastic work with great attention to detail. I am so pleased with the work completed by ER Fine Homes we have already decided to hire them again for several additional upcoming general contracting projects. I would highly recommend this company-you will love them!!

I reviewed proposals from four painting companies before deciding on ER Fine Homes. Dan' quote was quite competitive and he was very professional as well as being very easy to speak with, communicate with onsite or on the phone/text. His team was very professional and very meticulous with my full house exterior painting job. One side of my exterior was problematic, due to the nature of the cedar used and how it was installed when the house was originally built. The team worked tirelessly to address all those issues on that side to ensure the final effect was perfect...and it was. I could not be more pleased with this work and this company. Don't think twice, give them a chance, at least get a quote from Dan. But if you engage with them, my bet is you will be very happy. Good luck!

Hired the company for a complete home remodel in March. Initially everything went smoothly for a couple of weeks. Dan would respond but as the weather improved the deterioration began. He did not appear to have the man power to complete all the work he had taken and started to play typical contractor games (e.g. send the guys for 1/2 a day and say that the guys are there and the work is going on full blast!) to placate the client. Result is that the project that should have finished 2 months ago is not done. Last week I pressed him for a firm date for the remaining work (not that he had any credibility left with shifting completion dates for the past 2 months) and he would not do that. I told him that if he can't give me the completion dates for each task left (paint, flooring, tiling etc.) he should stop work. Would not hire him again. Recommendation for the new clients - put in a substantial financial penalty clause in the contract if the job is not finished on time.
