- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All portrait sessions include a consult to discuss the details of your session, a 1 hour shoot at the location of your choice, creative editing and an in person gallery reveal. My creative fee is $200. Styling and a full glam squad are available for an additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is fairly smooth and after a quick phone call or email to discuss the overall goals of your shoot I will send you a Welcome Guide packed with helpful info like what to expect, tips for a smooth session, answers to general questions and so much more! During your shoot I will have you and/or your family pose in a variety of ways all maintaining a relaxed yet dignified manner. Interacting is essential to helping you warm up to the camera so, of course , as we chat I will be posing you and snapping away. I want to get to know you beyond just what I can see through my lens. After your shoot we will schedule your Gallery Reveal. My standard editing time is 2 weeks per session. Gallery Reveal's are always done in person and are the perfect time to fall in love with your images, view samples and finalize your order details. I believe in supporting American artisans and no matter what you choose to showcase your stunning images you can rest assured knowing that all of our products are made in America and, when possible, using eco friendly resources. All orders are always hand delivered by me to guarantee your utmost satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I know the key to growth is education. I take advantage of every tool available to me whether it be posing classes, safety courses, webinars, etc. I learn more each day and strive to apply it to every aspect of my business.
