Introduction: Growing up, my father taught me attention to detail. He taught me that the big picture didn't matter if you missed the little parts of it. The big picture was made of all these details. Wood flooring is one of the most detailed of trades. It's about the corners, the closets, the edges, the degrees on a miter cut. We get this. We are extremely focused on customer satisfaction. If you don't like how your floor is when we are done. Its free no questions asked. My favorite part of my job is showing a customer the floor for the first time. Sanding so my favorite afirma work. We can take a floor from looking like it came out war zone to a sheet of glass. It's a very rewarding feeling and I love seeing the transformation. When it comes to installing, i really enjoy the challenging areas of the floor, particularly fire place picture frames.

David and his crew refinished my 55 year old oak floor and did a great job. They were polite, professional and on time. They worked hard and had the floor sanded and stained in 3 days. They also kept things very clean, and didn't use any varnishes or products that left a bad smell in the house. Highly recommend this company!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest floor company. We do top notch work and charge a middle of the line price. Our floors are some of the best value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll come take a look at your floor and chat it up with you and agree on the details. I want you to feel comfortable with every aspect of the job before we start. We will schedule some times and then we will come in and knock it out. We are very efficient are get in and out as fast as possible to cause as little inconvenience as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will have a bachelors in marketing in December of 2017. However I love working with my hands and sanding floors is how I am paying my way through college.
