- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As most of the projects I take on are custom, my standard pricing changes for each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with new customers and go over their project in detail to determine what their needs are and go over the best way to accomplish those needs. Ensure all the parties concerned are on the same page to ensure customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
35 years years experience in building and construction. 35 years experience in fencing. 45 years experience in metal fabrication and blacksmithing.
