Introduction: In the culinary business, dining fads come and go but tradition will always win out in the end. My tradition stems from the family recipes perfected over generations that I now proudly serve to you, your family, and friends. Let me tell you a bit about myself. I am a Chef with more than 15 years in the culinary field but my specialty and forte is the Artisan Mexican Gourmet Cuisine. One of my passions is teaching and sharing my culinary knowledge, transmitting love and pride about the real traditional Mexican food, being able to share all the history and cultural aspects involved. Real Mexican food is not only burritos and quesadillas...right?. One of the activities that I enjoy the most is teaching Hands-On Cooking Classes where I excel and truly believe to have a gift for it. I'm fortunate enough to do this very often to the joy of my clients. I'm very outgoing, fun and funny, with a evident passion about it and a great personality.
