- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe that customers should be able to receive quality pictures for a reasonable price. My pricing includes one hour of photos, editing, and digital copies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to make sure we are on the same page with each other. Be honest about what you're looking for. What I think may make a great shoot, you might have a different idea. It's good to have all expectations out on the table. Then we will go over pricing and setting up the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a photography and photoshop course at a local school. The rest is self taught. I am a big believer in real world experience, but am consistently participating in continuing education to keep my skills sharp.
