FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system for my services. I aim to give the lowest price possible, so prices will fluctuate depending on current pricing of parts, and also on the model of the device I am fixing. For example, an old iPhone 4 repair would not cost as much as an iPhone 6 repair, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer is interested in my services, they can contact me and I will work with them to find a time and location that works for both of us. We can then meet in a local area, such as a coffee shop or at the mall food court, and I can fix their device for them while they wait. After my work is done, and I have made sure everything is working properly, they can then pay me either by cash or by PayPal, if preferred.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lot of personal time spent fixing my own devices, and friends' devices. I also have repaired phones for multiple people from school, and even other people I happen to meet and can offer my services to. When they hear about the great pricing I can offer compared to competitors, they are happy to take it, and I always work to make sure every customer is satisfied with my work.
