- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When new customers contact us, we give them our full undecided attention speaking directly to the VP of EBI FLOORING (bc we want to know our customers, not just a number in our eyes). We document all the details of your project, and schedule a free in-home consultation with in days. More than likely our present and arrives at your home or business for the consultation to ensure that you get the best service possible. We then install the flooring just days after that appointment!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The President of the company was born and bred for the flooring industry! His father started a thriving and successful flooring business and our President started learning every aspect from installing to measuring to selling to perfection! He has over 25 years experience with every type of flooring and has over a thousand happy and satisfied customers!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of our recent customers called us for their FREE IN HOME CONSULTATION with exactly what they wanted already in mind. After our design professional listened to the explanation of their vision and selection... our guy suggested some other options due to the factors of the size of the room, the paint color on the walls, and the location of the room of the house (foot traffic amount) and though our suggestions on flooring was significantly less expensive for our customer... that was never a factor for him to let them know the truth. After installation our client was extremely happy with the end result and even stated “You guys are the best! You could’ve made a thousand dollars or more on this job but you were honest with me and I couldn’t be happier!”
