- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices include delivery and setup of booth, as well as an attendant throughout your event. We understand everyone has a budget, and we may not be the cheapest option available. We strive for quality over quantity, and hope you allow us the opportunity to make you event a memorable one. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every couple or event planner has a vision for their special day, and we want to work alongside you, not against you. Forcing you into a cookie cutter solution is not our goal. We pledge to take the time to better understand your vision, so that we can provide the best service possible for you and your guests.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are more than likely vendors available at each level of budget, however please be cautious when choosing extremely cut rate professionals. We have heard many horror stories from customers, and you should not have to worry about the vendor you paid for showing up or not.
