My experience with Tanaz, and the Rise process was simply unforgettable!! I was really apprehensive about getting a coach. I felt awkward and wasn't sure it would work but after a close friend had visible and major life changes, I gave it a shot. So so so thankful I did!!! Tanaz worked with me on all the area's in my life that were holding me back. Her compassionate, straight forward, loving approach made our sessions so enjoyable. I would leave feeling like I can do anything. And the results were immediate and tangible. I can point to all the ways I have succeeded already. Which is amazing! I recommend her to everyone. Rise Coaching holds so true to it's name. It'll help you rise up!! In every single part of your life. I was referred to Tanaz Golshan at RISE Coaching Group through a friend, and I couldn't be more thankful for the recommendation. I was dealing with an array of work and personal issues at the time, and Tanaz worked with me to not only to become more focused on the most important factors, but also helped me arrive at comprehensive solutions to my problems. Most importantly, it was evident from the start that she is a truly caring individual with a genuine desire to help, which gave me the confidence to open up to her and enlist my trust in her. After just a few coaching sessions, I already felt that my situations had improved and that I had gained new skills in regards to working through any obstacles in the future. Tanaz has been an incredible coach to me, and I would absolutely recommend her to my own family and friends.

Meeting Tanaz changed my business, personal life and inner-self for the better in so many ways! She is inspiring, kind-hearted, a wonderful guide and through Tanaz, I've also connected with other amazing people. She is a coach that truly cares about her clients.

Tanaz is absolutely wonderful: nurturing and compassionate! It's only been a couple of sessions but I already feel so much more relaxed and hopeful about my future! I would recommend Tanaz to anyone looking to make a major shift!!
