- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have set prices. However, if you have a budget below what we quoted you on, just let me know and I'll try my best to accommodate you. I try to be as flexible as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to ensure that my clients are happy. I want to know as much as possible in order to make sure your event a success. I want to learn your likes, your dislikes, I'd love to know if you have any food allergies or even dietary restrictions. I want to know if you already have a vision for your event or an idea for the menu. I want to know as much as possible so that we can create a memorable experience for you.
