I have had nothing but amazing life changing and body changing experiences with Alex. After a horrible car accident and 3 herniated disks in my back and pretty much being bed ridden, she has taught me ways to help strengthen my body in pilates that I didn't ever imagine I would be able to do. I have seen her twice a week (sometimes more) for the last 6 months. She has taught me ways to strengthen my core so that my back is in less pain. She's a life saver. Her teaching technique is one that is extremely professional and punctual. I am so grateful for everything alex has done to help me on the road to healing and recovery. I HIGHLY recommend her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try and keep my rates as steady as possible. I do offer class packages which lower the price per session moderately.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is an intake interview and knowledge of the clients wants. Full body evaluation to find out what and where needs to be strengthened and then set a goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 500+ training hours. I am certified in both mat and reformer as well as other equipment. Full knowledge of human anatomy. Also have personal liability insurance. I have been teaching at various studios around LA for the last year, including six months at Equinox hollywood.
