Action Home Services came in and did a wonderful job. We were in need of both interior and exterior work done on our 1 acre property. After going over multiple estimates and proposals we decided to go with Mr. Khan.
He and his wonderful crew removed and replaced sheetrock throughout the home. They painted it without a drop of paint anywhere it wasn't supposed to be. They also painted and replaced any trim that needed to be addressed along with replacing multiple baseboards.
We had some carpeting that was beyond repair. We decided to no longer go with carpeting in the house. Mr. Khan and his crew removed the existing carpeting and replaced it with beautiful wood flooring and tile.
On the exterior they fixed every fence that wouldn't open and close properly. They patched multiple holes on both sides of the front concrete porch. They also removed the rotten railroad ties around the garden beds and replaced them.
Lastly, they removed our rotten backyard patio deck and replaced it. Mr. Khan did everything we asked of him and his crew. He ordered a dumpster for all the debris that needed to be disposed of.
They were very efficient, friendly and hard working. I would recommend them to anyone.

As a Real Estate agent I had the opportunity to do business with Action Home Services. From our first meeting it was obvious that Mr. Khan was committed to customer service and possessed the knowledge to perform the evaluation and repairs needed. We discussed the conditions and options to repair damaged siding, a "sagging" bathroom floor and a door frame. The repairs were made on time, with quality and at a very reasonable cost. Action Home Services is definitely my go to contractor.
