- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard . All projects require different service. Not one is the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st. after I've talked to the customer over the phone and heard there concerns . I go meet up with them. I like to walk over the area and tell them what I think is the best cost effective way to take care of there asphalt problems. Thats the first initial part . Now the 2nd part is I write up a estimate. If you accept I like to talk again to make sure that the customer has 100% understanding on what is exactly about to go on. I believe keeping communication open is the key for success to have repeat customers. I am 100% honest on my work. Nothing to hide.

I have strictly hands on experience. No classroom stuff. Plus alot of common Sense.
