Ryan was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. He is professional in every way, and he did an excellent job with the complicated electrical issues my old home presented. My solar PV sunny boy inverter had an ground fault error and was down, Ryan & Ken came out in a few days to check my problem, found a Raccoon on roof so we had to wait till it was gone, I had other item needing repair so I asked to address them while they were here, added a ceiling fan speed switch, replaced a GFIC breaker in my main panel, replaced a bad light switch next time they came they had found that squirrels made a nest under my solar panels and had chewed through the wire coating causing the ground fault. they fixed the wires and its up and running again. also had them install power outlet / box on my front box so in could install a nest camera, its awesome. Pricing includes licensed electrician and apprentice. This includes a warranty on work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a message from an interested client, we visit the site to perform a walk through. This completely free service is intended to give the professional an idea of the full scope of work so that we can then provide the customer with the most fair and accurate quote possible. Once this is completed and we have had a thorough conversation with the client about their vision and needs, we schedule services and complete the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed electrician for 8+ years and currently finishing master's license. OSHA certified and safety trained.
