Very deceptive! I ask her what services she provided to see if she qualified for the job over the phone and she wants to charge me an arm and a leg. Not worth it. Go somewhere else.

I typically charge $45/hour, but am willing to adjust my fees where appropriate for individual situations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I sit down with a customer, preferably in person, but over the phone is also okay, and discuss your needs. I want a clear picture of what you need and how I can best meet those needs. Then we'll develop a plan for going forward, with clear information on both sides.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years experience in accounting and bookkeeping. I studied at Georgia State University in Accounting.
