Heather is extremely knowledgeable and hardworking. She does a wonderful job of passing her knowledge and skills along to my daughters through riding lessons. Both of my daughters have been riding since they were five and have been Pony Club members for several years. Their riding skills have improved dramatically in the months that we have been working with Heather. She is also sensitive to my overly emotional pre-teen's feelings and has been successful in helping her to work through her frustrations and succeed.
