How did you get started doing this type of work?
I working in the mortgage business as a mortgage broker for a number of years and I realized that there has always been a need for notaries. I didn't develop a passion for a mobile signing agent until after I experienced first hand when I refinanced my house. A mobile signing agent showed up at my house very professional and courteous along with a swift and smooth signing process. I felt that not only was it something that I could be great at, it's also something that I felt I would really enjoy doing!
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of notaries that I perform are loan signing packages for escrow companies. Ranging from new loan packages to refinances to short sale packages.
