FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have determined that I will not, as far as is possible, allow money, or the lack thereof, rob anyone or any couple of the precious memories to be made through my service. This may sound weird, but I have seen that when I work with people where they are at, it always comes back to me. Heres an example; I gave a special price of $400.00 to a couple for doing their wedding because I knew they could not afford any more. After the reception the brides mother handed me a tip of several hundred dollars which met my normal asking price for a wedding. I own all of my equipment outright and that frees me up to be able to bless people with my talents and service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my normal process for working with new clients involves alot of communication, especially for weddings. Weddings have to be perfect the first time and nothing can be left un done. I send questionaire forms to my clients to begin our discussion and to help folks think through critical issues involved in the success of their event. I meet with clients usually at the venue to help in the planning and to meet other vendors who will be involved to assure them that my company is there to assist them as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a professional musician and a public speaker for some thirty years. I have done internships in public speaking. I have been blessed with an ability to read and direct crowds and have training in this area as well.
