FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Sessions are $1 per minute. - Lessons must be purchased and paid for in advance of our scheduled appointment(s). - Payment can be made by cash, check, or via PayPal. (Please note that students paying via PayPal will be charged an extra 3% service fee) - Once purchased, lessons are non-refundable. I am always willing to work with students to re-schedule an appointment if necessary, and we can always work together to make sure we find a time that works for both of us! - Once purchased, your lessons never "expire." If you need to take a break from lessons and you still have paid-for lessons that are unused, I will always honor them at a later date. - If you need to cancel or re-schedule a lesson, students MUST give at least 24 hours notice before our scheduled appointment in order to recieve a make-up lesson. This includes email, text message, and voicemail! - No-shows or failure to notify me within the 24-hour period will result in you forfeiting your lesson (and your money) for that appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to make contact, and let me know what exactly you're interested in learning! From there, we'll discuss a time and place (can be your place, or online) to meet and conduct the lesson. Online lessons are conducted through an app called Zoom. Every lesson is catered to your specific interests, so that you can start making progress towards your goals right away.
