Caryn Gallagher is an excellent yoga instructor. She is able to offer a diverse, interesting, challenging yet comfortable yoga class for students from beginning to advanced level. I have taken yoga from instructors in far away locations such as Abu Dhabi and throughout the U.S., and she remains consistently outstanding in comparison to others. The most fascinating aspect of her classes is that the class is never repetitive; she just has such an experienced instructor background that she is able to bring to her classes to keep them interesting and fulfilling.
