- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything we do is from a base price, but then customized for each client. No two shoots are the same so it's not often pricing is the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try not to be too in-your-face or anything - you need time and space to make a comfortable decision. I am often making recommendations for locations or shots, asking questions, and we go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I know this probably isn't the "right" answer, but I have very little formal training in photography. My degree is in videography which applies many of the same principles, but most of my photography work comes from experience and instinct.
