Amanda-Lynn and her team is amazing! She was worth every penny and if I could do this all again and I would be calling her up in a heartbeat! Amanda-Lynn will listen to everything you want to have happen but is not scared to share opinions of why another option would be better. Since I was in another city leading up to the wedding, she met with my mom and kept in great communication over the phone and through email. The week before the wedding she checked in with me to make sure I was okay and if any changes came up. On the wedding day Amanda- Lynn showed up early to get ready to go and brought a helper with her, everything flowed so smoothly. I wish I had more time to talk with her personally because she seems like a fantastic person to know. Maybe one day we can grab coffee and talk about what an amazing day she helped put together for my husband and me. My mom was even able to just hand everything over the Amanda-Lynn and enjoy the day without feeling rushed or like she missed anything... that is worth more any anything. If you want someone to listen to you, follow up with you and suggest ideas where there could be weak spots, Amanda-Lynn is your girl. You could talk to everyone at our wedding and they would have nothing but praise for her and her work. Just to let you know how awesome she is: our wedding was ahead of scheduled for the most part, when does that happen!?! Amanda-Lynn, thank you a million times over again!

Amanda-Lynn was amazing on our wedding day! My fiance and I were in need of a day of coordinator. We had gone through the process of finding our own vendors and location in the year leading up to our big day. As we got closer, it became very clear we were going to need help the day of so we could focus on each other and having a great time with our guests. Following conversations with a few local providers, Dovetail seemed like the perfect fit - conversations with Amanda-Lynn just felt right and she brought a level of excitement that was above and beyond. In addition to helping us on our day, Amanda-Lynn provided us with some info that was helpful as we planned out the details of our special day. On the day of the wedding, she showed up at the venue early, helped coordinate the vendors and set up to ensure our venue was exactly what we wanted. Her and her assistant also stayed late to pick up and organize all of our DIY wedding decor and items so the next day all we had to do was pick up our items from the venue. The day went smoothly and our guests had an amazing time. Amanda-Lynn kept us on track for our timelines and everything seemed to flow so well the day of - we didnt have anything to worry about. I would highly recommend Dovetail to anyone who is seeking out a coordinator - her and her assistant did an amazing job for us!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our packages are compiled based on estimated hours of time it takes. Three tiers of packages from day of to partial planning to full service. *surcharges are applied on invoices as well and not included in the quote price*
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we chat/meet and hopefully click, we sign the contract and you hand over ALL the deets on what you have so far in your planning. I reach out to your vendors and connect with them. From there we help you stay on task with items leading up to the big day where our timeline is executed to bring your wedding vision to life!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in Wedding Day Management after planning my own wedding with just myself and the help of my mother! After seeing all the stress the day of the wedding that fell mostly my mother's shoulders, it became my passion to assist new Brides-to-be execute their hard work and planning on their special day!
