We will take just about any customer that calls. We know they are calling for a service that we provide so we are actually delighted to respond. There is no charge for estimates. We have "options" for customers and let them decide which way they want to go. Many times however a customer will tell you what they are asking for upfront and we honor that. We don't "upsell", we just do what we are hired to do and we do it really well.
