- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $40 diagnostic fee on every item we check out, but don’t be worried. If the issue is a simple fix, we will most likely not charge you for the diagnostic.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently completed a screen repair and power switch replacement on two very high end laptops. In both cases the customers were told by a large ‘Squad’ they were better off with a new laptop. We saved the customers the expense and hassle of an unnecessary upgrade.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Is his problem worth paying for or can I fix it by watching a video online?
